Welcome to Music with Ms. Bernier!

Hello, students and families! Ms. Bernier is so excited to make music with students this year! Her music classroom is a place where everyone can learn, create, sing, play, and have fun. Together, students will work to make the classroom a positive and welcoming space for everyone.

The classroom expectations are simple: Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe.

• Be Respectful: Students are expected to listen to directions the first time and show kindness to others.
• Be Responsible: Students should use classroom instruments correctly and take care of the music materials.
• Be Safe: Students should keep hands and feet to themselves and stay in their personal space.

Most importantly, in music, students are encouraged to try their best! Students don’t have to be perfect to make music. Mistakes are part of learning, and Ms. Bernier encourages everyone to participate, take chances, and enjoy the process.
